Borscht, perogies, and sausage. I tried to re-create what Jesse's grandma used to make every Christmas for 45 years.

Maple-Glazed Salmon with Lemon scented vegetables


The beans were undercooked and the salmon was overcooked...other than that, the meal was fine. Go broccoli!

Jesse and I met in September 2008. We started dating 5 days after our first encounter and were married on August 18, 2009. We have a beautiful one-year-old daughter, Valerie, and a baby boy named Benjamin. Jesse just started his medical residency and we live in Edmonton, Alberta.
